Service quality and sustainability
at the tourist information offices on Juist
Service quality
Our tourist information centers are marked with the "i". This means that we offer you quality equipment, great service and more than just a good offer. So you can trust us. All further information about our certification with the "i" can be found here.
By the way, we have also been awarded Level I of the Service Quality "Q". And what does that mean? That we are particularly customer-friendly, competent and friendly. A tourist info that makes you feel good, so to speak! It's most important to us that you leave our tourist information office satisfied.
Sustainability
We are located in the middle of the Wadden Sea National Park with countless animals and plants worth protecting, surrounded by unique nature and a habitat that needs to be protected. Therefore, it was our heart's desire to be the first climate-neutral tourist information in Germany. We have measured exactly how much greenhouse gas we have consumed and then compensated for this. But of course that's not enough for us - reduction must come before compensation. We are continuously working on producing fewer pollutants, acting more sustainably and preserving this habitat that we all love.
