Pay your guest contribution at the harbour. Even if we are not personally at the counter for you, you can use our guest contribution machine. It is possible to pay the guest contribution at the machine if you have purchased your outward and return ticket in one ticket.

You will find the tourist information office directly at the harbor. If you walk from Kurplatz along Bahnhofstraße towards the harbor, you can't miss the tourist information office. You can easily use the Tourist Information Office at the harbor with a wheelchair.
