Juist Pirates liegt im Ostdorf der Insel etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich der Janusplatz und das Haus Angelika. Vom Zentrum kommend, gehen Sie Richtung Osten vorbei an der evangelischen Kirche. Sie passieren den Lebensmittelmarkt Preiskauf und die Juister Feuerwehr. Dann sind Sie schon auf der Mittelstraße und sehen das Haus Angelika. Gleich rechts daneben haben die Juist Pirates die Flaggen gehisst.
