In our White Hall, with its Art Nouveau ambiance, we serve our indulgent breakfast buffet daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. From 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., you can enjoy specialty teas and coffees, fresh waffles, and a daily selection of cakes. Of course, you can also enjoy the breathtaking view of the island, the North Sea, and the Wadden Sea from our dome. On Wednesdays, our Rooftop Bar 1898 is open from 6:00 p.m. until sunset. Starting at 5:00 p.m., our bar in the White Hall is open for you; on beautiful summer days, you can enjoy the sunset on our rooftop terraces with cocktails and music. Our restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Please make a reservation in advance online on our website! Chef Max Ebbing, who has had a long-standing culinary connection to Juist, is responsible for the culinary offerings. After working at renowned establishments both in Germany and abroad, he returns to the island with his experience, his passion for high-quality ingredients, and his flair for modern cuisine. The focus is on carefully selected ingredients, hand-picked products, fish from the coastal regions, high-quality meat, as well as vegetables and herbs.
