Nordseelauf

The EWE Nordseelauf 2022 will take place from 18.06. to 25.06.2022. Each day will be run on one of the East Frisian islands. Under the motto "Don't stop, run against violence" a total of 67.7 km will be run on the seven islands - one run will take place on each day. The routes are as different as the islands on which they take place: Sometimes it's along the beach, sometimes through the dunes ... but the routes are guaranteed to be incredibly beautiful!
Of course, you don't have to complete every stage of the North Sea Run, but you can choose the most beautiful one. And if you're late, don't have a holiday or, or, or? No problem! As a runner, you can also follow in the footsteps of the participants outside the official North Sea Run - just without the thunderous applause of the spectators.

The North Sea Run on Juist
One of the biggest attractions of Juist is definitely the kilometre-long sandy beach - and you will have plenty of that during your run! The tour starts in the town centre. From the spa square, the route takes you directly to the beach. There you can enjoy the wonderful North Sea, but watch out -- the wind and fine sand make this route challenging. The best place to run is right at the water's edge. The fine salt water mist has a "Thalasso" effect. After your run on the beach, you return to the spa square.
