Music Festival on Juist

Three days of concerts await. The stages are spread across the island, with well-known and up-and-coming bands taking to the stage. There will be cheering, applauding, dancing, singing, swaying and swaying. Cool bands and laid-back beats are heard, sometimes rocking, sometimes pure pop, from ballads to folk, from Irish to typical German. The variety is what makes it so charming. The Juister music festival is almost ... yes, an addiction. The atmosphere, the people, the setting, the music - it's almost addictive.

The Juister Music Festival is a true institution on Töwerland. It heralds the start of summer. On Ascension Day, music fans make a pilgrimage to the island, some plan their vacation around the music festival, others come to Juist spontaneously on a day trip (if that's possible).

By the way: Admission is free, but to support the music festival you can buy a festival wristband with a ticket and the program (e.g. at the Juist tourist information offices). T-shirts, sweaters and many other fan articles as well as catering are of course also available! Most of the events at the Juister Music Festival take place on the Kurplatz, but every year there are also a few small (or not so small) stages in other places that you may not have seen before as event locations.

Ascension Day is coming up again - and with it the music festival! Once again this year, the organizers of the music festival are not letting themselves down and are offering you an almost unbelievable programme.

But beware: the exact program will not be published. And why is that? The Juister Music Festival is completely free of charge and is financed solely by the sale of merchandising articles and the festival wristband.

For more than just a few years now, the Juister Music Festival has been thrilling the island. It's not just holidaymakers and Juisters who join in the celebrations: The shipping company Norden-Frisia brings, if the tide allows it, festival-goers to the island by day trip, so that they can celebrate the Juister Music Festival together with all of us!

Some bands have come back again and again over the years and deliver wonderful performances. Other musicians are here for the first time and rave about the island, the atmosphere and the audience. And rightly so, we think! The music festival is a real experience!
