First edition of the Juistival

The Juistival will take place for the first time in 2025. Three days full of music and live entertainment await you! The Juistival will take place from 29 to 31 May 2025. On and after Ascension Day, we are offering you a music festival with a local connection for the first time with the Juistival... Look forward to a wide variety of musical styles and performances by true master musicians. From jazz and classical music to pop, rock and shanties, there really is everything!

Unfortunately, there are still no specific dates for performance times and bands. However, we will of course publish them here as soon as possible.

We are already looking forward to an unforgettable Juistival. 
By the way: The Juistival will be a free event. 

The Juistival is the successor to the Juister Music Festival, which was lovingly planned and organized by Jörg Rosenbohm and his team for 23 years.

Questions and answers about the Juistival: 

When does the Juistival take place?

The Juistival will take place around Ascension Day - from 29.05. to 31.05.2025. It will start at 13:00 on all three days. The Juistival will then end at 23:00. The party-goers will move on to the Küchenwerkstatt and Velero from 23:00.

What does it cost to visit the Juistival? 

The Juistival will be free and outdoors. However, you can support the Juistival by purchasing a festival wristband for €25.

What will be new at the Juistival?

There will be a redesigned music program. We are also looking forward to offering walking acts, street artists and possibly street painting.

Will there be a festival wristband? 

As is already known from the Juister Music Festival, the Juistival will also offer a wristband at a price of €25. The purchase of the wristband is of course optional, but helps to finance the Juistival. We would be very grateful for your support.

Who will be performing? 

It has not yet been decided which artists and musicians will be performing. However, we will keep you up to date here! 
Where the musicians will perform is known: The main stage will remain on the Kurplatz. Artists will also be performing on the Schiffchenteich, at the beach bar, in the kitchen workshop and in the Velero. There will also be walking acts and street artists in the village.

Will there be something for children again? Yes, as in previous years, there will be a wide range of activities for children on the meadow between the village and the harbor by the Oldenburg Games Fire Brigade.

Where will I be able to eat and drink? 

There will be catering directly on the Kurplatz in pagoda tents (including wine and cocktails). The food will be set up to the right of the stage, opposite the stage you will find beer and soft drinks, between the ice cream / crepe stand and the boat pond there will be wine and cocktails.
A word on sustainability: Drinks will only be served in reusable glasses, and food will also be served without ice cream whenever possible. Incidentally, the electricity for the Kurplatz also comes from renewable sources.

Will there be another competition? 

"Ju(i)st Win" is the name of the competition. You shop in the participating stores and can register for the competition online using your receipt. You will receive a winning number. Winners will then be drawn each day. More information will follow.

What if the weather turns bad?

First of all, of course, we hope for good weather! We will try to hold the concerts outside even in light rain. If there are short periods of bad weather, the events can be postponed if necessary. However, the Juistival will take place outside even in bad weather;
